Mbarek Abaidi, known as Haythem, is a self-taught artist from Tunisia currently based in Dubai. With exhibitions spanning Tunisia and Dubai, Haythem's art fuses surrealism and realism using oil colours on canvas, while his sculptures employ unconventional materials like candles and mud. Inspired by his studies in psychology and sociology, his works dissolve beyond the visual, reflecting personal experiences and societal observations.
