Arman Ohanyan is an Armenian artist with a strong foundation in painting and fine arts. He began his studies in 2007 at the State College of Fine Arts after P. Terlemezian, where he focused on painting, and graduated in 2014. He continued his academic journey at the State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan, completing his studies in the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2018.
Over the years, Ohanyan has participated in numerous exhibitions, showcasing his work both locally and internationally. In 2015, his work was featured in an exhibition commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. In 2019, he participated in exhibitions dedicated to St. Sargis Day, where he received third place, as well as exhibitions such as Convergence at the Armenian General Benevolent Union and one honoring the 150th anniversary of Komitas.
In 2021, his work was exhibited at the Artists’ Union of Armenia, the Style Graphics Museum in Gyumri, and Beat Repeat Pub, while he also took part in the Machanents Art Symposium. The following year, he returned to the Artists’ Union of Armenia and participated in St. Sargis Day exhibitions, as well as group and solo exhibitions, including his solo show Psychiatric Hospital at Dalan Art Gallery and the Two Arcs: Uncurated Exhibition.
In 2023, Ohanyan showcased his work in Painted Equator Armenia and the Reflection exhibition at the Pyunik Development Center. His recent and upcoming exhibitions include KAP 2024, the NPAK 28th Annual Festival of Alternative Art, and the One Shot International Short Film Festival in 2024.
