Hayk Grigoryan is a versatile artist who was born in 1983 in Yerevan, Armenia. His artistic path began with music, where he showcased remarkable talent from a young age. After honing his skills at the Yerevan State Conservatory, graduating in 2004, Hayk quickly became a key player in the Armenian jazz scene. He was actively involved with the Radio and Television Jazz Orchestra of Armenia and the State Jazz Orchestra of Armenia from 1999 until 2011. Fueled by a profound love for jazz, Hayk moved to Moscow in 2011, joining the prestigious "Moscow Jazz Orchestra" led by Igor Butman.
Over nearly ten years, he brought audiences in celebrated venues across Moscow and beyond, including stages in New York. Alongside his group, the Hayk Grigoryan Quartet, he forged a successful solo career, highlighted by the release of his debut album "Puzzle" in 2020, which received glowing reviews. In 2020, Hayk embraced a new chapter in his creative journey, transitioning from music to visual arts. His artwork has been showcased in various exhibitions in both Moscow and Yerevan, demonstrating his ongoing evolution as a dynamic creative force.
