With a background in graphic design from the Higher School of Graphic Design in Moscow and architecture from Novgorod State University, Reznitsky brings a unique blend of expertise to his work.
Roman Reznitsky explores communication through his art, leveraging the inherent symbolism of the human eye and lips. By starting with the form of the object, he seamlessly integrates the shape of lips into his sculptures, viewing them as channels for exchanging information and emotions with his audience. His distinctive style, executed with acrylic technique, adds depth to his artistic expression, capturing the essence of communication while maintaining his unique artistic identity.
Collaborating with renowned brands and offering insightful lectures, he continuously pushes the boundaries of artistic expression. Inspired by his artworks, he organises photo projects that delve into the themes central to his visual philosophy. Reznitsky’s artistic journey encompasses two distinct styles: pop art and dot art. Pop art serves as the cornerstone of his brand, characterised by luminous, provocative and relevant works that metaphorically dissect modern society’s essence, often exploring themes of eroticism. In contrast, his exploration of dot art represents a new direction marked by striking simplicity. Through meticulously crafted black and white paintings, Reznitsky emphasises the eye as
the central motif, symbolising a fresh perspective of the world. This innovative approach has garnered significant acclaim, signifying a notable success in his artistic evolution.
