Description
The artwork is inspired by the Egyptian symbolism of the Eye of Horus, with the left and right sides representing night and day, respectively. On the left, symbolizing night, a sleeping female figure is painted, whose calm pose forms the iris, evoking night as a time of meditation and introspection. On the right, symbolizing day, the female figure expands with energy, filling the entire surface of the eye as an expression of vitality and openness. The work thus reflects the continuous cycle of night and day—a symbolic pulse mirroring human rhythm, alternating between concentration and expansivon, introspection and vitality.
